The phpws-ccmedia project is a plugin module for phpWebSite 1.0 (a.k.a "fallout"). This module allows a phpWebSite-hosted web server to manage Audio, Video, Image, Text, Education, and other media files released by their copyright owners under one of many Creative Commons-style licenses. Users may refine their searches based on media type, contributor, ratings, contents, and by the rights and restrictions dictated by the license(s) under which they are released.
The phpws-ccmedia module is released under the same dual license (GPL/LGPL) as the phpWebSite project itself.
This project is inspired by Grace Ministry Media, which encourages the production and distribution of royalty-free media for use in the ministry of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
